Starbucks has been known for their flavorful and creative beverages for years now. So I took it upon myself to find a drink that I haven’t tried before. As I was looking into the menu, I came across the Strawberry Creme Frappuccino. It’s a blended drink and the main ingredient is obviously  strawberries. The phrase Creme Frappuccino refers to a blended beverage with a non-caffeinated drink. It’s a total of 370 calories, which means it’s probably a very sweet drink. Depending on the size, the prices vary. It goes from tall, grande, to venti. I ordered the biggest one, which is the venti one containing 24 fl oz. The pricing was a little over $6,which is a little pricey if you ask me. 

Once I received the drink, I took a good sip and it was actually really good. You would think that it would taste really sweet due to the amount of sugar but it was just the right amount of sweet, in my opinion. If you have ever had fresas con crema you wouldn’t be able to tell the difference. Fresas con crema is often a flavor for ice cream or yogurt. That instantly came to mind when I first sipped it. They have a really similar taste but if I had to choose.

 I would for sure recommend it to anyone who has a sweet tooth. The drink itself is pretty cute. The barista tries making it swirly with the strawberry puree and the milk. The other thing that I really liked was that if you can’t have regular milk they give you the option to switch out the milk to your liking. Which is pretty nice and makes it easy for everyone to enjoy their beverage without worry. Another thing I really liked was that all the ingredients are fresh, so you won’t be receiving anything other than the best. I was also a little scared that it would be strawberry preserves, but to my surprise they were not because with each sip you got some of the strawberry seeds, which was a great relief to me.  

It may look like a simple drink but it’s packed with very delicious flavors and has a good after taste. You won’t be disappointed and will walk out a very happy customer. I would definitely choose the drink version. In my opinion the Strawberry Creme Frappuccino gets a 4/5.
