Senior Carlos Renteria was thinking of other options for after high school but all that changed after actually attending high school for four years since now he will be taking a different route.
Many students have no idea what they want to do after high school before actually entering the high school experience.
However senior Renteria had a thought of what he wanted to do before coming to Phoenix.
“Before coming to highschool my plans were to become a doctor and make my parents proud.” Said Renteria.
His thoughts and viewpoint on plans after high school changed due to the fact that he is now getting the full “high school experience”.
“My plans after high school changed throughout the years because i got lazier and lazier, realizing that being a doctor was not the path that I wanted too much work for me.”
Realizing his plans changed he started looking into more and more options to see what he could do instead to still make his parents proud and some of his options were pretty interesting.

“My plans after high school now are if not accepted into a college I will be trying to apply to a union school or trade school. I’ll be earning money while going to school.” he said excitedly.
Senior Renteria is now feeling a little encouraged on his new goals after high school.
