Just Cause 3 falls Under The Marks

Just Cause 3 is a open world action-adventure video game developed by Avalanche Studios and published by Square Enix. It was announced on November 11, 2014. It is the third game in the Just Cause series and is the sequel to the 2010 video game Just Cause 2. It was released on December 1, 2015 for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

Just Cause 3 is about the story of Rico Rodriguez, a former specialist working for the Agency. The story takes place seven years after the events of Just Cause 2 after leaving the Agency and going back to where he lives on the island, Medici. As he returns, Rodriguez sees that the island is under the control of a dictator known as General Di Ravello. General Ravello has the goal of world domination of the specialist’s homeland, causing Rodriguez to go on a adventure to stop the dictator from doing so.

Many things have changed with this new game that Avalanche Studios has created. Indeed, the game does have many things to offer the player. However, after a while, those things don’t really seem entertaining to do anymore. It can be exciting and all, but only if you make it because they give the choice of it in the most boring ways. The game is far from long-term and would be a waste of time in the future.

The game is a big push from the last installment with huge overall polishes in many areas. Nonetheless, it still is buggy and is frustrating to the point where you’ll refuse to play any longer. I feel it isn’t on the tier of great open world games like Grand Theft Auto or Fallout 4 and it isn’t a complex environment to really engage in.

Overall, the game is, at the most, two out of five stars for it’s small thrills and explosions. The game needs time to be finished mainly and possibly some DLC can help the product. Hopefully, when the game is modified on PC, it’ll seem more exciting.
